These terms of use govern your purchases from, and your use of, the www.thorabv.com website and form a contract between you and THORA. By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please ensure you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.

THORA reserves the right, on all orders as well as final sales, to correct any displayed prices that are obviously incorrect. A price shall be deemed obviously incorrect if the consumer realized or should have realized that the price was incorrect at the time of the purchase. Under such circumstances, THORA may cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid, in the most suitable way. THORA will notify the consumer as soon as reasonably possible following the discovery of the error.

The original THORA product you have purchased is covered by an extended warranty of 12 months. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of brand-new, unused products by the first end user. Your product is protected against all manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase. Please retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase must state the date of purchase and name of the product. Upon expiration of the 12-month warranty period, we can no longer repair or replace any products.
If your product is within the 12-month warranty period and is determined as defective by our Service Center due to improper materials and/or production fault, THORA will not charge for labor, parts, and repair. Full replacement for defective products is at the discretion of THORA. If your product is determined defective due to inflicted damage caused by reasons other than manufacturing default, we can replace your product at an additional service charge.
The Warranty is in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law, and consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under the Warranty or under their consumer rights law. For further information about consumer law, please contact your local consumer organization.
Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation email to your email address. It is essential that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
THORA shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered, or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. The release factor should be considered including government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions, or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by THORA or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of THORA.
All attempts at fraud are reported to the authorities and THORA reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
THORA may revise these terms of use from time to time. Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and THORA. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then-current terms to which you are bound.
When shopping with THORA we will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase. THORA treats all personal information as confidential. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong you can get it changed or removed. THORA may also use cookies, for example in order to improve your experience of the website. These terms and your use of the www.thorabv.com website are governed by Taiwanese law. To the extent permitted by law, Taiwanese courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to THORA's right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.
